981P Pets Tonic is a nutrient and general blood and organ tonic. The tonic promotes good pet health by improving important systems and functions within the body, energizing and rejuvenating and by helping to balance nutritional deficiencies, including trace element depletion. It contains more than 84 known body-cell mineral nutrients including Halogens such as bromine, chlorine, iodine and fluorine. It is rich in oxygen, iron, silica and calcium.

Used daily for most domestic pets - can be added to the drinking water (Ratio: 5ml per 100ml), 1 - 2 x daily, pre-meals. Guinea Pig & Ferret: 2.5ml. Rabbit & Cat: 5ml. Dog: 10 - 20ml. Pig: 20 - 30ml. Sheep: 20 - 30ml. Goat: 30 - 40ml.
Young / Baby animals: 1/2 dosage. Oral syringe use is recommended where possible.


Oils & Ethers

  • Coriander (Coriandrum sativum - Oil of the seed)Coriander is useful for refreshing and uplifting the mind, and helps against mental fatigue, tension and nervous weakness. It has a warming effect on the stomach, relieves wind and cramps, and revitalises the glandular system.
  • Orange (Citrus aurantium - Oil from the orange rind)The properties of orange promote feelings of warmth to the mind, acts as a good relaxant and supports sleeping, especially with children. It is useful in treating ills and chills and in the elimination of toxins. Orange helps to balance water retention and manage weight. A lymphatic stimulant, orange balances water processes, detoxifies, boosts the immune system and helps general well-being.
  • Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin (also known as Pogostemon patchouli) - Oil of the resinous gum)Used to supports the body's defences, it supports fluid balance, bowel regularity, cellulite reduction and weight management. Topically, it is a tissue regenerator, assisting the stimulation and growth of new skin cells. A wound healer, it promotes quicker healing and helps to prevent scarring.
  • Rosehip (Rosa canina - Oil of the rosehip (seed))Rich in Vitamin C, Rosehip is a nutritional healing oil that's essential in the formation and synthesis of collagen in the skin to help with premature aging.


  • Cayenne pepper or Chilli (Capsicum minimum - Dried pods)Cayenne supports blood flow and circulation. An aid to digestion, chillies can increase gastric acids that help ensure that there is enough acid to kill most bacteria in food and enable efficient digestion. A stimulant herb, Cayenne relieves pain in external wounds by numbing nerve endings.
  • Elecampane (Inula helenium - The root)This powerful anti-catarrh herb supports bronchial health. It is an expectorant and possesses strong antiseptic activity. The rich essential oils within Elecampane help to relax and soothe the mucilage. A bitter herb, its stimulating properties encourage the digestive system.
  • Ginger (Zingiber officinalis - The rhizome)This blood herb helps to increase the potency of other herbs. Ginger supports peripheral circulation, normal blood pressure and is useful for relaxing muscles and chilblains. It promotes perspiration and its carminative (prevents/expels gas) properties help to relax the stomach and relieve the feeling of queasiness.
  • Hop flowers (Humulus lupulus - Hop strobules)Nervine (nerve strengthening), sedative, anti-septic and astringent (contracts tissues. It has a significant effect on relaxing the central nervous system, eases stress and worry, restlessness and supports sleep. Hops is also a blood tonic and weight management herb.
  • Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra - Syrup made from the powdered root)Demulcent (soothing to the membranes), an agent for the adrenal glands, It's a herb that treats the liver, blood and gallbladder, and is useful for bronchial problems.
  • Oatstraw (Avena sativa - Oatstraw)Oatstraw is a nerve tonic. It is energizing and nutrient rich. It is also rich in iron and silica so is a wonderful blood, skin and hair herb. Oatstraw also supports fluid balance and healthy circulation.
  • Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium - Flower and leaf)A blood tonic, wormwood has significant anti-microbial and vermicidal properties that aid in the expulsion of worm infestations. It also has carminative (prevents/expels gas), anti-bilious (removes excess bile) and supports menstruation. It is also a hepatic herb so it is good for the liver, and is invigorating and stimulating to the digestive system.
