Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years)

Stay well: To boost and build immunity, take 5ml two to three times daily OR take a single dose of 10–15ml once per day if preferred. Take long-term for best results.

Whenever we are starting to feel rundown or something may be coming on health wise i and my husband take the Immunity Boost. Its easy to take and doesnt taste horrible. We also take the Vitamin C together with this and my grand babies also love to have the healing balm rubbed onto their chests and the soles of their feet. Yay for Harkers. :)
