A demulcent with soothing properties that help to eliminate mucus from the lungs. An astringent and emollient that is rich in allantoine, Comfrey root is also useful for healing skin tissue and speeding up wound healing. It also helps to reduce scar tissue.

Verbena officinalis
Used by Celts for releasing stone from kidneys, thus its celtic name 'vervain' meaning 'fer,' to drive away, and 'fain', a stone. A most efficacious herb for the bladder, urethra, the womb and kidneys. An anti-calculus herb prescribed for more than 30 complaints.
